Hello everyone,

Here are the 2.75 things you need to know about DECA This Week

STATE CONFERENCE MONEY AND PERMISSION SLIPS ARE DUE!!! PLEASE TURN THEM IN ASAP!!!

I have attached the form incase you need another one.

1.  TEST OF THE WEEK

The road to state finals and nationals is paved through the written test.  1/3 of your score is from the test!!!  I have attached a general marketing test with answers for all that are in role plays.  I have also attached a Tech Sales test for those that are in that event.  Between now and Friday take the test and score it yourself.  On Friday report your score and you could win a prize. The first 8 people to report a test score to me will win free ice cream.

2.  FRIDAY AND TUESDAY MEETINGS

We have now added Tuesday as another meeting time for you to practice your DECA event.  Consider every Friday and TUESDAY your scheduled DECA practice time.  Meetings start @ 7 AM. And 2;20 PM  Each week we will break down a role play, explain what they are looking for and how to solve it.  Along with this we will demonstrate different analogies and creative ways to make you stand out in any event.

If you want to go to Anaheim in April then you need to be taking the tests and practicing your events over and over.  Don’t wait until tomorrow state is only 5 weeks away!!!

2.75 SIGN UP FOR A BUSINESS AND MARKETING CLASS

The time has come to sign up for registration for next year.  Remember, to leave room in your schedule for marketing and business classes.  Along with doing that, please tell everyone you know about how awesome these classes are and encourage them to sign up as well.
